Back in April 2020 I did the above Six Fan Arts challenge. I got to thinking about it again recently and have decided to make February 2023's pregnant art rewards based on pregnant Fan Art characters in the Six Fan Arts challenge format though with nude versions too!

One particular area that seems to have a bit of a blind spot is Patreon notifying me when a patron returns after a long break or if a patron's monthly billing fails at the start of the month (expired cards etc.)...
