Here is a better look at my Nightwalker with plus the antlers with them off vs on!
Antlers are made out of foam caulking. I glued and bunch together then carved it to look like horns. Sliced it in half and glues fairy lights inside. Airbrushed it blue.

Also horns are made out of a lightweight caulking that I airbrushed blue then put fairy lights in.
I super love how it still looks glowy even with lights on!

Of course I am yet again making ANOTHER Ruby cosplay. This one is based on the Chinese dress design by Mojojojojojo. I will be wearing the cosplay Friday of Katsucon with a pretty big RWBY Chinese Dress group.
I did buy a base dress on AliExpress (hence why it looks a little different)....
