Changing the reward tier.

I will probably remove the 3 dollar tier and move the rewards to the 5 dollar tier. It sucks but inflation is noticeable so I'm making this change probably next month or the month after. Not something I would have preferred to do but here we are. Apologies for the inconvenience. Cheers
