Finally finished!!! This took longer than I expected. This is also the first time I'm drawing a comic including the writing, panelling, etc. so it's not that good yet. More exp for possible future comics I suppose. Thanks for being patient!

I tried a different process for this pic, starting with greyscale and mostly consisting of overpainting. It's much easier for lighting and I think overpainting instead of organizing all the layers is faster and looser. The pose silhouette is a bit awkward but it's too late to change it now.

I've organized the layers of this as groups to be easily customizable (except for the invisible dick alts). I've separated the sweat, steam and highlights so you can see how I do each part and mix your own version if you want.
