Incoming patreon revamp! (tier addition)

SO for a while I have been thinking about adding a new tier, after months of noticing that my $1 tier dosent really... give me anything at payout. I wanted to keep things fair, as always, but I also don't want to cut myself short.

So what I plan to do is make a new, $3 tier! This tier will have access to voting on polls...
