Oke this one may look super weird to ya and you don’t understand what’s happening but this is in fact pretty popular and old Eastern Europe/russian meme. (Basically dude redubbed the tekken cutscenes with super bad mic, replacing the dialogues etc). For non native ppl she simply looks like a tomboy gal.
