A brand new infected that focuses on Explosive infection measures.

Get too close to one and pop! They burst all over you and maybe your friends!

Too bad you'll be bursting next. But that's all right. You'll be back to normal soon enough... to burst some more!

Playing around with a few ideas, including body variance. I'm pondering an infected where this might play a roll.

Frank has an interesting backstory in my Pandemic. He's almost always the first to get infected, because he's a dumbass. :P

Outbreak Timeline, Infected Occurrence

In the Growing Pandemic, there are 4 major outbreak events that lead to the Post-Pandemic era of the city of Whitespire, which is where most of the Canonical Story of the Growing Pandemic takes place. It only takes about 72 hours for the infection to overwhelm the city and move to its fringes.

I've had a running thing with my Growing Pandemic, where I wanted a Vampire-Type, Ghost-Type, Undead-Type(Zombie), and a Werebeast-Type infected. This was mostly to satisfy a set of guidelines I set out for myself when I first created my world, and started building it.

The consequences of being bitten by a Hunter infected is that often times, they become a "were" of the progenitor's species...If that individual proceeds to bite another, they pass on the "were" of the original, not of their own species.

Trying to Explore Hunter Infected

Hunter Infected are basically the “Were’s” (As in werewolf) of the Growing Pandemic multiverse. I’m currently working on a drawing where I show what they do. I’m not sure how long it will take, but I’ll post snippets and WIP soon.
