This week, I was planning on re-drawing a small section of ‘Small World’. But at the moment, the house is being renovated. There’s a lot of dust floating around, so my laptop and tablet are safely packed away  in a cupboard. I’ll do my best to upload the comic section next upload time.

This is the first chapter of my shrinking comic. It’s the only section that I ever drew up properly. it was before I started with digital art, so it’s all ink work. I also attempted to use screen tones too. That was an incredibly finicky process that I don’t want to repeat.

Before I started my webtoon, I drew  a comic called ‘Small World/ Life on the Short Side’. I worked on it for a few years and filled 17 notebooks with comic strips and ideas.

Akira- Original character sketches

Akira was one of the first characters to emerge when I thought of ‘Gulliver’s Children’.  At this stage, he was a MorphaTech security officer with a prowess for fighting. 

If ‘Gulliver’s Children’ became a movie/tv drama...
