Honest Question... Should I continue watching Supergirl & Riverdale?

Since I'm literally like 3 or 4 episodes behind on both Supergirl and Riverdale... AND I don't really enjoy those shows anymore... should I even bother to try to catch up? Or should I just invest my time in shows that I'm really passionate about? Like shows I don't roll my eyes every two seconds! lol
