Though my inexperience made the first phases difficult, and quality was sacrificed for experimentation, I'm satisfied with the results; it may be riddled with proportional and tonal flaws, but the process felt so similar to graphite, I'm confident I'll enjoy, too, eventually master, the oil medium.
