What time would be best for regularly scheduled streams?

Planning on doing planned scheduled streams going forward, but I want to hear what you guys thing should be the time I schedule them. The listed options are relative to EST. I work weekday evenings, so those aren't an option.

First big sequence like this I've done in a while. Was definitely a lot of fun, but I may have underestimated the task a bit.

Got the urge to draw a "redraw" transformation yesterday, so I quickly doodled this up to get the idea on paper. A bit rushed, as time was limited before I had to leave, but I think it came out alright.
