I stared drinking gainer shakes again today, my full appetite is returning and this belly is eager to get fatter

I have been sick this last week which is why I’m a bit less active. Gladly I’m Feeling much better now tho, and I’m ready to regain whatever I may have lost, plus some, 20 to be exact 😋

Post holidays
I actually am still the same weight as I wasn’t too focused on chugging gainer shake during family time🤣 BUTT I feel softer and this January my goal is to add 20 pounds to my belly which will bring me to 228lbs
Feeling big today
WhAts new I’m gaining as usually and stuffing my belly every day, weight seems to be coming on a bit slower this month but still gaining. Any gainer shake/food suggestions that help pack on pounds😮😮
