For those of you new to this platform, I want to share a few pointers on how to best use it! And again, thank you all for being here.

It's incredibly important for birds that come from a bad environment, have feather destructive behaviors and have previously been on an unhealthy diet get LOTS of opportunities to bathe. I have added aloe to Sunny's misting bath bottle for extra hydration to his skin and feathers.

Although Sunny converted to our ideal diet (our pellets + seasonal feeding system) getting him to get onto our seasonal feeding system was MUCH harder than the pellet conversion. Sunny started out on Roudybush pellets which I've found to be the easiest transition when it comes to pellet to pellet conversion.
