A few notes.
After spotting a £80 MQA-CD decoder I thought I’d have to give this Hi-res audio format one more spin. I managed to locate some of the discs I’d bought to make a relatively popular, yet unsatisfactory video about this format in 2018 and tried it out again.
In place of a proper video this week here’s a consolation prize of an extra long Oddcast.

Ever since learning about the link between 8-Track and Karaoke in Japan and discovering the unique Karaoke eight track, 8-tracks - I just had to get a suitable machine and carts to try for myself. Here’s how I got on.
I think it’s fair to assume that most people aren’t here for video game reviews but I fancied a bit of a change this week. Hence this review of the latest plug and play train simulator imported from Japan - followed by a comparison with a two year old console variant.
