This idea needs a bit of context from the series. There's a trio of characters who use souls to give them the powers of demons, monsters and animals. This idea uses Lisanna, the one who uses animal abilities and makes up a power where she can instead...

A shift to a reverse bunnysuit. Why? Year of the bunny I guess?
The idea that Kaiba has some mechanism in place to transfer company ownership actually isn't too farfetched after the last movie where he does seemingly pass it on to Mokuba. Would he do so using such a goofy codephrase that anyone can say? Probably not but...
