Due to being stressed and my body unable to heal I've been out of the gym for almost a week. I've completely lost my voice for 3 days now but i'm still not okay.

Still wanted to post something from last week because I appreciate you all but I'm not excited for progress pics as I haven't been able to keep up with my diet...

Been unwell

Took a few days off gym to recover my voice but before I did we hit 100kg hip thrusts for 12 reps!!! Here's a glimpse of my new training block too.

Wanted to test out some features to see the quality etc. Here's a little vid of my workout, Leg extensions straight into single leg press. (Was more but didn't record)

I put my normal weight on extensions until I realised I did 23 reps... time to up it! My legs were so pumped from extensions that they hurt so bad. Y...

Last day of adventures

Went shopping and found a $15 playsuit!!!! Also bought a cute corset belt. Will post photos later, I need to fix as they are overexposed. 

Later that day we went out for dinner as a little treat and I got a chicken burger with chippies 🍔

Day 2 continued 🏨

Made it to our final destination! Will be meeting with some of Torgy's friends tonight so all dressed up 👀 

Almost time to go home, glad I got some work done whilst being nice and relaxed at the same time. Feeling super refreshed and excited to see everyone in a few days 💕 

Only 1 more day and trip...

IFBB Event!

Today we saw the IFBB (aka big strong humans) Was actually more interesting than I thought. So much hard work and dedication 👏 The chairs could be a bit more comfy though 

I don't think I'll be up there anytime soon but who knows 😅

Trip day 1

After 6hrs of driving, we finally made it! 

I fell straight asleep after some food so it's technically day 2 now.

Went shopping but found nothing because we had 30 mi...

Also these hand me down leggings have been in my closet for a year, finally felt comfortable trying them on. Not really my colour, fav length, or style but I don't hate them. Was getting pretty bored wearing the same 3 pairs though 😅<...
