Before-Afters for The Leangains Diet

Assembling before-afters and testimonials for the book (clients). If there's any interest, a few before-afters from the LG community wouldn't hurt, I think.

I'd obviously note that these aren't clients but people who followed and applied my teachings to their diet and training.

If you would like to contribute...

Leanness Everlasting - Reality or Fantasy? Q&A#10

oday’s Q&A is one of those spur-of-the-moment-ones that, like many articles I’ve written, end up good...or abandoned halfway through and never published. We’ll see how this one goes. It was prompted by the following question, here paraphrased by a client who sent it earlier today:

Hey Martin. Just...

How Does Personality Influence Results? - Q&A# 9

Two weeks ago, a Patron inquired about the influence of personality on the things we do and the results we achieve. He phrased the question:

"Do you consider yourself more of an introvert or extrovert, and how much do you think your personality has affected your training and dieting?

Furthermore, have you seen significan...

Part 2 in Comments

First things first, I sincerely apologise for going off the grid for the last 72 hours. Won't do it again because I won't have to. Tomorrow, I'll probably have something more to say about it. Later today technically, since it's 4 AM.

Truth to be told, and I always tell the truth for better and worse, I sat down h...

The Leangains Diet: Cover Design

Received the book cover a few days ago and am not entirely happy with it. Told them I would work on it myself* this weekend, but could use some help.

So I'm looking for those with the appropriate skills willing to lend me their time, hands and creative spirit. Any volunteers?

Is Gluconeogenesis Driven By Demand? - Q&A #8

In latin, the meaning of gluconeogenesis (GNG) translates to "creation of new sugar."  In fitness, the term refers to the fate of dietary protein after feeding. The general understanding can be summed up as excess protein turns to glucose in the body.

You may also be familiar with GNG through my writings on fasting....

Bulking and Cutting: The Big "When"

When should I bulk? When should I cut? Is it time yet...?

Ah, the big "When." Tough questions - how lucky are we that answers are governed by a strict set of rules and regulations then? Take bulking, for example. To bulk, consensus dictates a certain degree of leanness. 10-12% body fat is a range often given.

Regarding Search Functionality

Patrons have reached out to me about the lack of search functionality here on Patreon. Couldn't agree more with these grievances. Especially here on LG Patreon, keyword search would've solved many problems and saved much time. Otherwise, questions and answers risks repetition ad infinitum.
