Sometimes is not easy for me to draw cartoon proportions, I'm too used to make mostly realistic anatomy, and it's even worst when it comes to adapt furniture and places because everything look a bit weird because the height of many things (such as tables, chairs, doorknobs) changes by their little legs = P

If you see the original color sketch you may notice his face is kinda different. I tried to keep the cartoonish look at fist, but it doesn't work so well in a more detailed style.

Kinda a classic fantasy =P I will be painting it later, I want to use more grey horses on my pictures and I thing he will make a good contrast with the high saturated Santa outfit.
I decided to change the positions of his face in the end. I think this way he looks more confident and a bit cocky in a good way.
