I'm soaking in an Epsom salt bath.
I've been nursing my back today. It feels much better after a long afternoon of sleep and rest. Now I'm deciding whether or not to shave these hairy legs. If I don't, they can become uncomfortable, prickly and itchy while sleeping. But if I do, I have to be careful with bending forward.๐คช
