She felt a urge to push herself even more in the gym.

Her training session was more intense than ever and after that her body didn't took long to react. A growth spurt increased the size of her muscles in a short time.

But... wasn't enough....

Time for a more serious training regime,or more precisely, even more.

Shiroko was happy to give her suggestions and support, increasing her daily workout time and variety, with the addition of a substantially heavier diet.

Results didn't took long to appear.

As her training buddy, she can't be outdone and just be a burden for Shiroko's training.

Thank to her trainer/Sensei she got the "support" and motivation to get serious starting tomorrow!

A nice pointless update

As said in my last update post, I took some time to start working on the next stories, mostly the main, which will be a Ryo one.

To be honest, I'm pretty satisfied so far. In the past days (since sunday I think?) I managed to write 4 parts (in our favorite text program of all time, notepad!), with a total of around 10...
