Ran through and updated the these guys to the current format, added PNGs, Cutfiles, and PSD files since those Tiers didn't exist when these were originally released.

Since it typically takes me awhile to finish the larger Goal Rewards I wanted to start doing some smaller fun things in between the bigger stuff to celebrate the little milestones along the way. So to that end here's the first of a series of unique props to help bring our tabletops to life.

Went through and updated these goblins with Studio Cutfiles and made some minor quality of life edits to the art (added rim lights, reworked the weird 3rd goblin recolor to work for Derro, and made the green goblin skin tone available at Free, Tier 1, and Tier 2 reward levels - it was always available at Tier 3+).
