Gildedguy tries to hold back his strangely possessed armor from pursuing the star one night.
This poster took a good 6-7 hours to finish, mainly due to the heavy cross-hatching. I also focused on casting accurate shadows with two light sources. Sketching them out early in the draft really help...

This month's poster doubles as concept art for the next animation, which is currently in the story-boarding and sync'ing phase. Since I had a creative block the other night, I decided to go with a line-less style this time, which I find to be more freeing. The stippling and speckling highlights is a new technique for me.
