I've got some neck and shoulder issues that are suspected to be repetitive stress-related from drawing at my desk, and the doc suggested switching things up more -- either with a standing desk, or different postures. I'll be getting a standing desk later this year (hopefully) but for now I'm making do by trying to use my iPad...
