This is my elven technomancer from Shadowrun hacking her way through the Matrix.
Dat VHS Glitch
Because it’s Shadowrun, for the elven technomancer I decided to apply some old VHS glitch for that hacker-y feel.
The subject matter is still my elf... so I didn’t want the distortion to overpower the image too much. The split-color look behind the elf and the specks in the background are actually three layers ...
