I'm kind of in shock myself. I guess this is what happens when you double down on an already massive appetite... Make sure you watch until the end to see the weigh in ;)

For the curious, I ended up eating an entire big box dinner from Pizza hut, plus about 4-5 beers (I can't remember exactly, haha)
I believe the calorie count to be well in excess of 6000 ;)

I can't believe my gluttony these days! This whole meal consisted of: 2 large chicken breasts, 1 green pepper, 2 jalapeno peppers, 3 onions, 12oz jar of simmer sauce, and the results of cooking 3.5 cups of uncooked rice... which is a ton of rice.
