Even though this is a spiritual successor to a previous art piece, I am still trying to make it distinct and give it its own new take on Isabelle's colour palette and the Mayor she's interacting with. So far I am very pleased with the warmer and somewhat moodier setting in the Town Hall.~

A more intense commission that I've had the opportunity to work on! This commission is actually the first animation I've ever worked on in 12 FPS! The usage of 12 FPS was made to simply make the animation appear faster than possible in 8 FPS.
