Sooooo... I ended up mixing Toad and Captain Toad's designs for this one and I'm quite happy with how he turned out!
Remember how in Super Mario 3, Toad would be giving you power-ups in his little shop? Well, that's the Toad that goes out on the field to scavenge the levels for these power-ups. Quite the adventurer!
