Finished up this simple loop! It didn't take as long as I thought it would. I wanted to slip in more liquify modified frames but it wasn't working out the way I hoped, so I kept it simpler.

I can't really remember how I shared my last loop... I guess deets tier will get a bigger upload + the frames as a zip in a minute...
