Just a quick one today. I've done the first pass on the legs to blockout that creepy look and made some proportion changes to fix up some areas that looked shit. The 'rib' parts of the corset are annoying me now so I'll probably play with that next and just run it all the way around.

First of all, thanks for all the feedback! Looks like C is the favourite but with a bit more detail mixed in. This is what I've come up with - The majority is C with A used to blend back into his 'normal' skin and for a bit of variation throughout. Latest progress on the lizardfolk sculpt - Tweaked the head some more (I'm much happier with it now) worked on the tail and added large scale/plate things to the chest and stomach.
I just need to work out the best way to add the smaller scale details and then it will onto posing and accessories.

I went through a few different looks for the large spines/plating on his back and ended up with these big chunky ones.
