And yes.. i will creature more exotic sea creatures and anthro sea characters more for this city in the future.
As you can see, designing this anthro octopus is different from sketch to outline, and also, coloring him and his suit is fun. I want to design more anthro sea creatures in this city more in the future.

It took me more than i expected.
Oh and the visible range under the sea is quite small, so make sure everything is not obvious under the sea is crucial.

I know it's kinda small here, but i wanted to show you how it actually works. The platform will go under the sea and it will drive all the way to Anthozoa city.
I honestly hope there's actually a place like that. :P
Owlkwa station is the station where you can take a train to Anthozoa, the underwater city. And you probably can guess, the Owlkwa family built it, also an owl family too. Owldington family once became the biggest clan in the floating island so the Owlkwa family chose to devote themselves into something else.

That blue seems to be quite different in the dark, so always make sure the saturation is not too high, you can see that blue feather for example, pretty different in the sixth and the seventh step.
