The new perk system needs your feedback

I've just come through a cold, and have spend the home time coming up with a workable version of the new perk system.
If anyone would help me by testing it out, I've attached it in a standalone version below this post. Only for those with a minute to spare :)

Greetings ya'all. Apologies for the radio silence these last days. I've been trying out something new, and I feel confident enough now to share it.

I'm changing the way perk selection works upon leveling up. It'll become something more similar to what you'd see in a game like Final Fantasy 10 ( for those that played that :P ),...

I've been informed that the lightning spell is currently causing the game to crash. It's due to some reworks I did for the multi-monster-combat, and the bug will fixed. Please avoid using it for now though :)
