Thanks for the quick feedback to the first post and I do agree that the mole needs to stay. I did some more aging of her character and set them up as a side-by-side comparison.
The left is the aged one while the right one has only had her face aged. I did some extra aging on the neck and I am not unhappy about how...

As mentioned in my recent post I wanted to change our hero's "third leg" and add a little more realism to said "leg".
Maybe the hanging fruit are going to be a tad bigger, but all in all I'm pretty satisfied with the result.
Will be testing it in a few scenes to see if it truly works without too much fuss.
