From my private gallery- took an opportunity to swim on a sunny, though cold October day. It was hard to get in the water but once I warmed up it was hard to get out.

From my private gallery. I have been holding these for a while. Taken on an amazing evening. I thought I was alone, but 3 women came around the bend and started cheering when they saw me. One said “I’ve your energy” as she walked by.

This is a short but heartfelt clip taken a few kilometres from a forest fire burning through these beautiful hills. The air was full of smoke and the flames were visible across the valley. I was enjoying the flowers and serenity of this place but also mourning for the nearby destruction.
