Just to quickly let you know that August wont have a Patreon TIS event as I'll be taking care of a commissions version of the event in August which means all the options have already been planned out by the commissioner. Phase 3 has been activated and the winner was the Raicu form! He/She has never experienced having a tail before so he naturally tried to touch it.
