It also seems like the wet blue layer undid the drying process of the red paint on the head!
Backstage photo: When the paint dried and the model stretched, big cracks appeared and revealed the red layer underneath.
I also lift Heiriku up. I like when the model is not touching the ground anymore.
Now I examine the painted body. It seems like the more layers we apply, the longer it takes to dry.
I decide to keep it like this. It reminds me of the planet earth with blue rivers and green mountains. A nice analogy!
Next color...?

Even when I pour lots of blue on the chest, the green still peeks through.
The hands are the next part of the body that gets overpainted.
Next the model turns around. Even though it's not perfect we start to like the result so far.
I did not expect this behaviour of the blue paint. But this is part of the experiment.
The green is mixing with the blue creating a green-blue color.
The view from the side confirms my worry: it seems like the blue is not covering the body in a solid way.
Again looking up: the body gets coated in blue more and more.
Same position, different view: looks a lot more harmless ;-)
Looking up. Soon the whole body will be covered in blue paint!
