Every few weeks they move the Level 3 Prisoners around to different cells and wards to keep them from getting too familiar. While transported they're also blindfolded to further keep them unfamiliar.

They're supposed to be working together, but one of them seems too occupied in "distracting" her partner instead of making any progress in their escape.
