I always thought Arka lived in a shrine, or somewhere of that same kind of exalted feeling - so the tiny but multi-floor pagoda style house worked for that :)

a cute scene of a few throughout the story that's meant to show that even well into adulthood, Arka still carries his sense of youth, innocence, and wonder with him. This is something that he and some of the other people in their world have in common :)

I'll be taking the day off to have some free time tomorrow since it's a holiday :) It's good for productivity and my mental health. This means I won't be responding to messages or posting either until the day after.

One of the things I like the most about Skyset Knights is the 'ongoing story' nature of it where it makes sense to have a bunch of little stories about different points in time. This also means that, due to there being many characters' perspectives, we might see the same event in a different context - like here, with Celestin...

That top panel has some FX in it and a much more complex composition than the rest, so I consider it equal to 'the page's flats' pretty much lol. More soon, working fast ///

and we're moving into the short story 'Zelandia' now since 'The Ritual' is almost over! I'll be inking 'The Void Calls' at the same time because it's complex and Zelandia is a good, easier 'rest' set of pages that can be completed faster than it haha :)
