I took 2 classes today and one was for bigginer like me "heel flow" and I supposed not to be there which is advanced class "power heel" .. but my teacher trust me that it's gonna be challenge but I can do it!

3 months ago when I started "flexible challenge" on stream, I wasn't flexible enough to do split but I have been doing it almost every day and here I am, I CAN SPLITS IN THE AIR😝
