We have a fill in for the minotaur/technical difficultys, so going to be doing some white room POV, Blocking out the scene for a decent blow job moving onto naked lara and some good old fashion humping. 

Milestone 2!

Here we go, all characters ready! time to get animating our lovely models.

Colour Correction

I know I posted  basically this today but changed the clothes colours as it was bothering me, much prefer the 2013 colours from the reboot but this model is from the 2016 version

Clothed Lara

This is basically the mesh I started with before I did a nude version, now the mesh has been cleaned up I did a quick render with the textures to see what it looks like.

Couple of things need to change and mainly the overall color of the outfit,0 I feel is a bit wrong and need to be more the egg shell blue top and brown trouse...

Today I have mostly been sorting out the finer details of the story and there must be a begining where lara is fully clothed! even if its very brief it helps with storytelling. 

resizing and optimising the textures and removing Tri's as need to use a Subdivide modifier. 

First animated render, Amazing result!

Low sample (grainy) render of walking lara from the front,  Feeling amazing after seeing this render and cant wait to get into the rest of the animating.

Mocap testing

First bit of Motion Captured female walk cycle on lara, works well as a base and saves hours of work. loads of tweaks to do to make it worthy. 

Pain in the ass to sort out as the reference BVH armature was different in style to Laras. 

Still got weight painting issues on the legs and other parts but that...

Milestone!

All that time and effort fannying around and staying up late 3:30am to be precise, Lara is now able to be put into poses with basic facial expressions. 

Cannot tell you how happy I am to be at this point as there have been many questions and problems to overcome and we havent even got into the meat of the project yet.

Hair Rig

Bloody hell Lara sort your hair out!

Many strands of hair means many mins of faffing about weight painting and creating puppet controls. 

annoying but will really add to the emmersion of the character when moving, seen on a few other peoples characters not taking the time for the details.

Weight Painting

If anyone here is a 3D monkey then you will know the pain of weight painting to bones, very timely and nothing works twice.

Face is doing well though, getting this post out before traveling down for Xmas.

DAY ONE

Hey guys and gals,

After much deliberation and deep thought ive decided to take the first step into the rather squidgy world of 3D porn. 

This is progress thus far! we have a model of Lara Croft which has been basically decapitated and put onto a body which was custom made.
