This is a recreation of a skin for Azur Lane's IJN Atago called Stunning Speedster. I got a card from the Koikatsu EN server (made by user Makisu#6959) and made it higher quality plus with a higher quality logo. That's pretty much it.

This was my first public release but since I have acquired new mods by user JohnDoe#1519 on the Koikatsu discord and revamped her completely.
You need the following mods for her to work, they aren't on HF Patch yet I believe.
