Animation Test- Parasite Rearing 1 & 2

Wow this was a good lesson. There are two versions of the same animation here. One where I tried to suppliment the key frames with inbetween frames. It looks like an old robot. I should have trusted the program. So, the second version has only two key frames: beginning and end. It's completely smooth.

16 frames per second seemed too much for this, so I reduced it to 8. This is my first attempt at animation ever. I think her bangs should blow with the wind next time to connect her to the environment.

To get an accurate portrayal of this scene, I got my Ayanami Rei revoltech figure (because it was posable and had no obstructive clothing), wrapped a cloth around her thighs like a pencil skirt, inserted a toothpick, shoved it upward like a lively tentacle, and took this picture.

Drawing the skirt with tentacles coming out of her butt was tricky. I tried doing it from scratch but it looked horrible. So I put some cloth on one of my 1/8 scale Revoltech figures, put a toothpick between her legs, and took a picture. I'll upload that as well :)
