Twisted fate takes quite a big hit, especially in soloQ, will be harder to manage waves and control your lane and gain leads individually. His map pressure to sack a wave and dive side still exists, but it becomes harder to find random free timers to roam.

Really hard to remove shen from soloq IMO, his ult is too strong for soloq apes..
I dont think tahm top is dead tbh, his damage is still strong his shield is just a bit piss, he is weaker for sure but there are some buffs like his Q is really nice for top.
