Akshan is a better mid than top, so i wont move him down a tier, he is still op in mid soloq.
Lux up a tier, close to S tier, just sucks shes immobile and very easy to avoid her skillshots, but Q cd change is great.
naafiri down a tier, massive nerfs, still fine champ tho cus she was so mega overtuned, just more...

Goredrinker buffs means Renekton is stronger, quinn nerfs means this aswell. Up a tier.
Trynda up a tier, Stridebreaker makes sense on these changes. Stride first vs mobile/range champ, if u can hit ur target rush kraken, but always have both items completed on 2 items, some specific games u can go stride into pd hullbr...

Karmas purpose is winning lane and mantra Eing in lategame, nothing this patch helps that
Lulu change similar to karma, i dont believe this to do much, hp growth doesnt help her live vs things like pyke bltizcrank

Cait up a tier, pretty good buff if u use it well, also good for teamfight dps, you can get 2 headshots per wave if u use bushes well.

Ekko up a tier, not massive buffs but i told myself before that if some things go into ekkos favor i will up him a tier, cus his kit is good for a jgler and his clear scales quite well. really worthless early game tho.

Akali buff is quite big for her lane, outside of lane nothing of this matters, some matchups like yone akali is even more in her favor, whilst other losing matchups dont change, so i wont move her up a tier, but shes in a fine spot compared to some of the other ap assassins.
Think brand is a better botlaner than midlan...

Nami buffs are good but doesnt change the fact this champion is only good with specific champs like Lucian, Ezreal, Karfus. Nobody plays lucian anymore. S+ with some pairings, otherwise a standard S tier pick
