Check your tier there should be an option to join the discord server.
Any issues let me know so I can fix it.
Updated the settings see if it lets you join now.
If you are having trouble connecting try disconnecting and reconnecting Discord from Patreon like the comment below.

I already received an email saying that everything should be cleared now.
This will be the last month I use Patreon, it was a good run while it lasted.
I will finish last month's request and do one last one for this month.
