Power finally came on...
I don't think it has anything to do with our earthquake, but spent most of the day in low power mode. I guess a car smacked a transformer killing power out here. Like a damn fool I let Win10 update. Completely killed my wacom settings because Microsoft Ink is absolute crap. Might be a few days, hope not...could take this opportunity to upgrade from my old one I guess.
