Paintreon Tiers Update

If you look at the tiers here currently I have updated them a bit. I decided to axe the "TIER 5" and bump all the benefits of the tiers down one. Basically, the "GENEROUS PEABRAIN" tier now has the same value as "GENEROUS PEABRAIN DX" had previously, with "GENEROUS PEABRAIN DX" having the same value that "A REAL BRUSHBUCKLER"...
