ENG - I loved doing this ritual of cleaning my feet very well and filming it, I thought the video was beautiful. I hope you like it and my foot was a little dry after so long with this cast on my foot. I put some cream on it and everything is hydrated :)

ENG - These are the first pictures right after I made the cast. The foot is still frozen due to the humidity and I need to be very careful not to dent the plaster. I usually focus on drying it with a halogen heater which speeds up this process a lot.
