Jason of Athens though he could become a legendary hero by slaying Medusa. Unfortunately, in order to slay her, one must be fast enough to not look into her eyes. It doesn't help that even catching just a glimpse from the corner of your eyes could leave you a permanent fixture in her lair.

One way to deal with those pesky superheroes that keep getting in your way, build a sentient wall that gobbles up any super-powered hunk and display their immobilized form for all to see. It even comes with name plates. Careful though, dont get too close or you'll end up in the wall.
