After throwing myself at the wall of Optional Boss, I finally looked up a cheat for killing Alecto: Black Knife Ringleader and unlocked her daughter Tiche as summon!!!!
Tiche's whole thing is like, she's supposed to be one of the best summons in the game but also I just killed her mom?? This is her flavor text:

Crab Boil Guy (Blackguard Big Boggart) is actually one of my favorite NPCs, I've been actively avoiding [spoiler] in order to make sure he gets out of Percy's playthrough alive.
