I believe in the initial roll out for the Red She Hulk she could drain the power out of the other Hulks. That power didn't last too long though. It made her too formidable.

Rampage Haircut
I like everything about the Rampage character--except the mohawk. It kept me from drawing her for a long time. Someone requested Rampage when I did the whole sixfanarts challenge earlier this year and I thought why not just change the hairstyle a bit? This is close, but not quite there yet, and the face is still too pretty......
